Ah yes I was just turned onto this wonderful music video by Chris Dane Owens. It's called shine on me. It has a very elaborate plot about ships, some good guys and some bad guys, ships blowing up, Chris Dane Owens almost drowing, true love, a blue background and blue shirt matching Chris Dane Owens' blue eyes, one shot of some monkey-skeleton things, and much, much more. Check it out:

Here are a few of my favorite things about this video:

1) Chris Dane Owens amazing haircut and dashing good looks.

2) Raw emotion.

3) Flying dragons try to eat him.

4) The little fake mustache he wears in his warrior persona.

5) At one point, Chris Dane Owens opens his shirt and the LIGHT OF GOD fills the room because HE IS SO FUCKING KICKASS!

6) Frilly shirt.

7) His incredible SPIN which is almost perfect, but then he kind of also seems to almost fall.

8) Awesomely homosexual action moves.

9) There is a cast of thousands. In fact, WHO THE FUCK ARE ALL THESE PEOPLE? For instance -

Chris Dane Owens Huh???? Who-the-fuh…????

10) The budget is bigger than my forthcoming movie, SUPER.

11) POWER THRUST!

12) Community.

13) Sometimes he is playing the guitar in parts of the song there is no guitar in a manner that the guitar cannot be played. CHRIS DANE OWEN ASS-FUCKS CONVENTION.

14) She becomes the Queen at the end!!! Hooray!!!! (What?)

15) I actually kind of like the song.

Whooo-Doggie! Fantasy soft-core porn for the 20s-30s Twilight crowd. There were a couple of very sweet shots in there (Blondie leaping across a small gorge in slow-mo and what looked like dragons filling the night sky). As a romantic figure though, he sort of resembled a fey Cary Elwes, but not in a good way:

I also think Mr. Gunn should direct a film version of this music video…. And I would like to play the role of Chris Dane (because two names are not enough for this He-Man) Owens’ facial hair.
