When I used to work at Famous Sports Video IV (on Santa Monica and Centinela) Gregory Hines was a huge collector of cat fight videos. He'd buy like 3 Grand worth of shit a month. Although, I was never allowed to talk to him. It was always my neurotic boss that had to handle it. What was great about this store was that it actually looks like a legit sports store. They sell a couple sun-bleached copies of Michael Jordan's Greatest Hits or something like and then in the next room was women bodybuilder videos and then there's a labyrinth and in the secret coop, is where the bulk of LA's seediness. Cat fights galore! From what I understand, cat fight videos are often faked and totally illegal to have if you're an owner of store, but they had a secret stash in the back (hidden among the FAKED cat fights).
